- It's 8 medium of Potatoes, quartered (Skin's On or Off | it's good either way).
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Real Bacon Bits.
- Prepare 1 cup of Italian Dressing.
- You need 4 stick of Celery, thinly chopped.
- Prepare 4 each of Green Onions, thinly chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 of Sweet Onion, thinly diced.
- It's 1 cup of Mayonnaise.
- Prepare 1 of Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper.
Bacon Potato Salad step by step
- Add Potatoes in a 4 quart glass casserole dish with a lid. Sprinkle with salt.Cover and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain any water from dish.
- Once Cool enough to touch, Cut Potatoes into quarter size, Add them to a Large bowl | Coat with Italian Dressing immediately | Season with Salt & Fresh Cracked Pepper.
- Place bowl of Potatoes in fridge for 30-40mins to Chill & Marinade.
- Add the Celery, Green Onions, Sweet Onions, Mayonnaise and Bacon, Toss well | Season with Fresh Cracked Pepper.
