pre heat oven to 400°.
grease muffin tin.
mix eggs & buttermilk.
add muffin mix to wet ingredients.
mix well, 3-4 min on high with mixer.
gently stir in raspberries.
fill muffin tins 1/2 full.
bake 15-20 minutes.
for a sweet crusty top sprinkle with sugar before baking.
